Making arrangements for your out of town guests can add a lot of needless tension to your already stressful wedding planning. You will become immediately enrolled in our Family Wedding Package Program which includes the following:
1. A special rate: Will apply for the entire wedding party for the entire length of their stay. When your out of town guests make their reservations under your room block, the discounted rate assigned to your party will be given during the entire guest stay. Some hotels will change the rate depending on the night. This will never happen at this Hampton Inn & Suites. Rates vary with the date, but once a rate is assigned, it is yours for your entire party whenever they check-in until their departure.
2. Pre-blocked rooms: We’ll place family members as close to each other’s rooms as possible. Unless the groom’s party isn’t friendly toward the bride’s party, then we’ll put each party on a separate floor.
3. Welcome baskets distributed: We’ll place your welcome baskets in each room prior to arrival. You can even click the link below for excellent values on these items.
4. One free suite: You will receive one free suite for one night. You pick the room, you pick the night. If you can’t decide who gets the free suite, we’ll split the cost between two rooms. We don’t want to be responsible for your first fight.
5. One free suite on your first anniversary: You will receive a certificate good for a free suite accommodation on your first anniversary. Just follow the instructions for booking your reservation on your first anniversary. Your suite will be at no charge.
6. Easy registration: Complete the form by clicking the link below and we’ll respond by email within 24 hours. After these arrangements are made, you will be able send a beautiful invitation by email to your out of town guests, making it easy for them to reserve their desired accommodation online and be recognized as a part of the wedding party and receive the preferred rate.
